1. Mandatory Legal Agreement:

By proceeding, you acknowledge that all projects are legally bound by our comprehensive Client Service Agreement. You must thoroughly read and digitally sign the full contract before any invoices are issued or production begins.

2. The 30% Advance Payment:

To secure your project's spot in our production queue and initiate the creative process, a strict 30% advance payment of the total project value is required via direct transfer. No drafting or editing will commence until this advance is received.

3. The 70% Final Balance:

The remaining 70% balance becomes due immediately upon your approval of the final video draft. The final, high-resolution deliverables will be released to you only after this balance is successfully secured.

4. Final Payment Options:

For your remaining 70% balance, Nexus Agents offers two payment routes:

• Option A (Direct Transfer): Pay via our approved direct transfer methods with zero additional transaction fees. (Recommended)
• Option B (Third-Party Gateway): If you prefer using a third-party payment gateway, you may do so. However, please note that any transaction, processing, or gateway surcharges will be added to your final invoice.
